UX/UI Designer

About Mystery:

Today, if someone wants to find something to do, they spend several hours searching through Facebook, Eventbrite, Yelp, Groupon, local newspapers, or Googling to find an experience that suits them. After fruitless searching, they inevitably end up at the same restaurant, bar, or movie theatre they were last week.

Mystery is a managed marketplace that connects people to experiences in a new way. Mystery uses human-in-the-loop matching to create a curated outing based on a customer’s preferences and price point. Aside from the necessary basic information, Mystery provides limited details on the itinerary - all in an effort to constantly surprise and delight their customers. Throughout the Mystery, customers are guided by Casey, their technology powered concierge. By owning the end to end experience, Mystery removes all planning, indecision, and the fear of failure associated with planning an experience.
